What we do with your details.

What we collect

Only what you put into the brief form: what you need, your goal, timing, budget and location, your name, email or phone, your brand, how you heard about us, and your message.

To stop spam, the form also keeps a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) to count how many briefs one connection sends. It expires after two hours.

Why

To reply to you. We don’t add you to a mailing list, sell your details, or share them with anyone outside ASKING.

Your brief reaches our inbox through Amazon Web Services, which hosts this site and sends the form to us by email, and Microsoft, which runs our email. They handle it on our behalf.

How long

We keep briefs for as long as we’re talking, and delete them when they’re no longer needed.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
